1. Domain Name-Related Services and Charges:

The charges for these services are subject to the specific domain extensions (TLDs) you choose and the duration of registration.

2. Expired and Expiring Domain Name Registrations:

a. Expired Domain Names: When a domain name registration expires, we provide a grace period during which you can renew the domain without additional fees. If the domain is not renewed during this grace period, it enters a redemption period. If the domain is not renewed, it may be released for public registration.

b. Expiring Domain Names: To ensure continuity, we will send you renewal reminders well in advance of your domain's expiration date. It's essential to renew your domain before it expires to avoid potential redemption fees.

3. Renewing a Domain Name and Charges:

To renew a domain name, simply log in to your account on our platform and navigate to the domain management section. There, you'll find an option to renew your domain name for a specified duration. Renewal charges are based on the renewal period you select. Current charges in respect of renewals are listed under “1. Domain Name-Related Serices and Charges”

4. Transferring Domain Names and Contract Termination:

a. Domain Transfer to a New Registrar: If you choose to transfer your domain name to a new registrar, we support the transfer-out process. You can release your domain name to another registrar free or charge via the client area.

b. Contract Termination: Should you decide to terminate your contract with us for domain services, please refer to our terms and conditions for specific details on any applicable charges. Domain name refunds are typically not provided after the initial registration period.
